This is a FREE service designed primarily for professional people who may not have the time to shop. We will also welcome any person in any line of work that is unable to get to the store during our regular store hours who wants the same personalized service.

To take advantage of our Personal Shopper Program please call during regular store hours at least 24 hours ahead of time. You will need to provide us with as much information as possible about you and the recipient of your gift. This will allow us to get the job done in the same way you might have done it yourself. We will need your credit card number, and date of expiration. You will also need to establish a reasonable budget that will allow for the quality and style to which you are accustomed.

Our Personal Shopper service includes: Our personal attention to help you find the right Train and Accessories to meet your needs and helps to reflect your personality. We will performance test every Locomotive and every Power Supply to assure that it meets the standards set forth by the manufacturer. We will then Gift Wrap your packages for you at no additional cost.
