| For quite some time now we have been planning to demolish our old storage building out by the Garden Railroad. We plan to update the Garden Railroad with a third main line and other improvements and we are also making room for more over flow parking and possible expansion of the store at a future date. |

| Both Alice and Don had a chance to have a small part in knocking down the old building. It really gives you an appreciation of the experience necessary to do the job safely and efficiently. |

| The building is almost down (Above) - and (Below) 4 truck loads of black fill dirt have been spread, raked and seeded, and the grass to growing. A new Gazebo has replaced the old building complete with new landscaping, a new privacy fence to offer a little more solitude from the warehouse building next door. |

| Oh - and did I mention that our main building and warehouse both have a fresh coat of paint on them just in time for our Fall Train Show. |
