Look What Was Growing In This Garden

Thanksgiving Point

Note: Unfortunately this railroad is no more. It was the largest Garden Railroad in the United States and drew a lot of attention to Thanksgiving point.

After the Grand opening at Thanksgiving Point new management took over control of the park and disbanded the garden railroad and either closed or severely curtailed many of the other attractions at the park.

We were deeply saddened by it's closing. The comments that we heard from the public at the Grand Opening were that the Garden Railroad was one of the highlights of their visit to the park.
